In-person Sunday Service Registration

In-person Sunday Service Guidelines

In-person Sunday Service Suspended

By order and direction of the British Columbia Provincial Health Officer (PHO), in-person religious gatherings and worship services are suspended. The order is in effect from November 19, 2020 at midnight to January 8, 2021 at midnight.

We are committed to creating a safe space where we can worship and meet face to face. Because we are following the physical distancing requirements given by the Province, the number of seats we can open up is for only 14 people in the Sanctuary. (At a later time, we may open up six more seats in the overflow room; you would be viewing the service on our big screen TV in that room, but have the benefit of in-person fellowship before and after service).

We ask that you continue to join the online Sunday Live Stream at home if:

  • You are showing any signs of illness or have been around someone who has been ill

  • You have travelled outside of BC within the last 14 days

  • You are senior over 70 years of age

  • You have a compromised immune system

Parents with infants can attend the service as long as the children are held the entire time. We ask young children to stay at home.

New way of attending: How to Register

At the moment, we are unable to accept walk-ins for Sunday Service. If you wish to attend, you need to register from our website during the week prior to the service for you and up to 3 additional members in your family. Registration closes on midnight Thursday for the coming Sunday.

Everyone who registers will receive an email on Friday to let you know whether or not you have secured seats for the coming Sunday.

In cases where the number of registrations exceeds our seat capacity, we will give priority to Five Stones Church members and those who have not attended in-person in the prior three weeks.
